Zirkin Named MVC Player of the Week
ST. LOUIS, MO. - Drake freshman No. 2 singles player Maor Zirkin (Kibutz Hazor, Israel) has been named the Missouri Valley Conference men’s tennis player of the week.
Zirkin, who is ranked No. 100 in the nation, registered a 4-0 record last weekend at No. 2 singles also earned a 3-0 record at No. 1 doubles.
Drake travels to Little Rock, Ark., Saturday to play Tennessee Tech and Arkansas-Little Rock.
